  • What are your shipping fees? We ship via USPS. Simply enter your ship to zip code in the shopping cart to review your shipping rate.
  • Do you have a physical store?  Not yet!
  • I am an international customer, why do I have to pay to receive my package? Unfortunately, this is not in our control. Each country has different customs regulations. We are not obligated to pay for customs, this should be paid by you if your country requires it. Please contact you country's customs office for more information.
  • Do you have a size chart?  Click here for size chart

  • What if I have a BOGO Order? Items purchased while using the Buy One Get One "BOGO" promotion must be returned together to receive full purchase value.  Items returned separately will be refunded equally between the items.

  • Will you be getting any more of "X" item in stock? Once we see something sells out, we try our hardest to restock as soon as possible. Sometimes we are not sure if we are able to restock items. For this reason, we update our Instagram page to let you know of our recently stocked merchandise. Please follow us: @shopspoilrotten

  • How long will it take to get my order? It takes 24-72 hours to process an order, if your order is placed after 5pm PST your order will not be processed until the next day. It takes 2-5 business days for domestic delivery or 1-3 for Priority Rush, and up to 3 weeks for international orders. 

  • How can I check the status of my order? Once your order is shipped, your order confirmation email will update to show a shipped status and will include your tracking number if applicable. You will also receive a separate email with any tracking information once your order ships out. Track Order Here


  • How do I change or cancel an order? To cancel an order you recently completed, simply email us at Sales@spoiledmerotten.com and let us know that you would like to cancel your order. Please be sure to contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will gladly cancel the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.


  •  Can I order by phone? Unfortunately We do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone. .

  • Can I return or exchange items that were marked on "sale?"
