No, only one promo or coupon code may be used per order. Some coupon codes are only valid on certain products, and some are only valid on full-priced items, and the discount amount will be shown at checkout.
Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached. Items must be returned within 15 days of the original delivery date. An Online Return Request must be submitted and the return package must include the original invoice to receive a refund.
It takes 24-72 hours to process an order, if your order is placed after 5pm PST your order will not be processed until the next day. It takes 2-5 business days for domestic delivery or 1-3 for Priority Rush, and up to 3 weeks for international orders.
Unfortunately, this is not in our control. Each country has different customs regulations. We are not obligated to pay for customs, this should be paid by you if your country requires it. Please contact you country's customs office for more information.

Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
