Return & Exchange Policy

 

WE ARE DETERMINED TO LEAVE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS 100% SATISFIED. THEREFORE, IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH ANY ITEMS THAT YOU PURCHASED, SEND IT BACK FOR A COMPLETE REFUND. Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached. Items must be returned within 15 days of the original delivery date. An Online Return Request must be submitted and the return package must include the original invoice to receive online credit.

  •  ALL CUSTOMERS HAVE 15 DAYS TO RETURN RETURNABLE ITEMS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING.

  •  ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE TAGS ON THEM AND MUST NOT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN WASHED, WORN OR ALTERED.
  • ALL  INTIMATES, SWIMWEAR, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, BODYSUITS AND CLEARANCE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNLESS THEY WERE SENT DAMAGED.
  • ITEMS THAT SMELL OF PERFUME OR cigarette smoke WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN 

    - Items with dog hair or deodorant

  •  CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES $6.00 TO RE-SHIP ANY ITEM(S) CONSIDER TO BE FINAL SALE.
  • CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURN MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED AT OUR WAREHOUSE. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR RETURN PROCESSING AND 1-2 BILLING CYCLES TO APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.

    • GIFT CARDS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. GIFT WRAP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

    BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP WITH YOUR RETURN. IF YOU CAN'T SEND THE PACKING SLIP, JUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, BILLING NAME & ADDRESS, AND RETURN REASON. PLEASE FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM WITH YOUR RETURN TO INDICATE THE ITEMS THAT IS BEING RETURNED.
